The head pulley features a strip-type rubber belt, making daily maintenance and replacement quick and convenient. The tail pulley is drum-shaped and equipped with a refined rubber wheel that is fire-resistant, wear-resistant, and effectively prevents belt abrasion. An explosion-proof vent is installed to effectively prevent dust explosions, ensuring safety and reliability. A reverse device is included to effectively prevent material blockage caused by machine shutdowns. The barrel is manufactured using a specialized edge-folding assembly process, offering high strength and excellent sealing performance. High-strength conveyor belts and highly wear-resistant materials are employed, featuring low elongation and exceptional durability and reliability. The base can be fitted with either forward- or reverse-facing feed hoppers, meeting diverse user requirements. The tensioning mechanism utilizes gravity-based tensioning or screw-based tensioning. An automatic misalignment correction device and a speed monitoring system are included.
