The TCQW series belt-type destoning and cleaning screen is a stationary pre-cleaning equipment for grains. Raw materials, after being spread and buffered by the discharge plate in the feeding hopper, pass through a horizontally moving screen and flow into the discharge outlet. Large impurities are retained on the screen and then conveyed by the belt to the coarse impurity outlet, thereby achieving the cleaning function. This equipment features a simple structure, large processing capacity, smooth operation, low vibration, low power consumption, and convenient operation and maintenance.

The TCQY series cylindrical primary cleaning screen features a fully enclosed frame with excellent sealing and dust-proof performance. The material slides and jumps across the screen surface, enabling efficient separation of different types of materials. The screen employs a horizontal-arm cylinder design, with separate feeding and screening sections equipped with tailored mesh aperture combinations, ensuring optimal screening efficiency. It adopts an internal screening mechanism combined with an external brush-cleaning system. This equipment is widely used in the primary cleaning and preparation processes for raw and auxiliary materials in industries such as feed, starch, oil and fat, flour, rice milling, grain storage, and other food and chemical sectors.
The pulse dust collector employs a volute-shaped inlet with a large tangent angle to fully harness the high-pressure air source, thereby reducing dust accumulation and achieving the synergistic effect of both cyclonic dust removal and pulse jet dust removal simultaneously. The pulse-jet cleaning system sequentially cleans each filter bag in a predetermined order, completely removing all dust particles that have accumulated on the filter bags.
